Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026 · App: Latus

This statement applies to the Latus (also "Voya") travel-planning app for Android and iOS. It describes our approach to accessibility, the standard we aim to meet, our current status, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

Our commitment

We are committed to making Latus usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to plan their travels independently, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and improve the app.

Conformance target

Our accessibility goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as adopted by the Israeli Standard תקן ישראלי 5568 (IS 5568). We apply the same principles to our mobile app interface where the guidelines are relevant.

Current status

We are actively working toward full conformance; this is an ongoing effort. We do not yet claim full compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA / IS 5568. We review and improve accessibility on a continuous basis as the app evolves.

Measures taken and planned

Steps we have taken or are working on to improve accessibility include:

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the app may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations will be listed here as they are identified.

Reporting a problem or requesting help

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need help using a feature, please contact us at latus.support@gmail.com. Tell us the page or feature, the device and assistive technology you use, and a short description of the problem. We will do our best to respond and to provide the information or assistance you need.

Accessibility coordinator

Accessibility enquiries: latus.support@gmail.com. Latus is built and maintained by an independent developer, who handles these directly.

If you hit an accessibility barrier in the app or on this site, please write to us — a short description of the screen and the difficulty is enough. We treat accessibility reports as defects and address them promptly.
